About the Author: Dan Bahadur Pal is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Harcourt Butler Technical University, Nawabganj Kanpur-208002, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has received his M. Tech and Ph.D. in the field of Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. Before that, he completed his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from UPTU, Lucknow. Dr. Pal's research interest is nano-technology, catalysis, energy and environment and waste management with a special focus in developing process and materials by using waste as raw materials. He also prefers to work on bio-waste processing and value addition. Dr. Pal has published more than 65 publications in reputed journals and books, along with 22 book chapters and four book edits.Amit Kumar Tiwari is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand. He received his Ph.D. in the field of Food Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra. Before that, he completed his M.Sc in Fruit and Vegetable Technology and B.Sc in Agriculture from Kanpur University (Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University), Kanpur. Dr. Tiwari's research interest is development of new and novel food products with a special focus on developing process techniques for fruits, vegetables, food grains etc. with enhanced nutritional and edible qualities. Dr. Tiwari has published more than nine publications in reputed journals and 10 book chapters. Dr. Tiwari is also working on agricultural waste utilization through value addition, energy and environment and food waste management with a special focus on development of process and value-added products by using agricultural and food waste as raw materials. Dr. Tiwari also prefers to work on biomass application.

Orders for delivery in the UK are despatched by Courier and Signed For delivery services and will normally be delivered to you within a few days of placing your order. Signed Books are shipped in our specially made book mailing cartons, with the books themselves wrapped in paper to protect them. Sometimes we may ship your order in several parts, particularly if you have 'Pre-Order' titles in your order or titles which are held in stock with our publishing partners.

The Really Important Bit: Because we use courier and signed for delivery services, please use an address at which your parcel can be signed for during the normal working day, for example, you may want to have your order delivered to your work address if you're not at home during the day.

Another Really Important Bit: There are a number of Postcodes in the UK for which we will need to charge a shipping supplement, this will be calculated once we know the size and weight of the shipment. Where possible, we will ship single book orders (under 2kg) by Royal Mail to all UK postcodes. Multiple book orders and books over 2kg are shipped via APC Overnight, regardless of Postcode.

You can of course cancel your order with an immediate refund should you not wish to accept these additional costs. Coming by Car

If you're coming to Coles by car, why not take advantage of the 2 hours free parking at Sainsbury's Pioneer Square - just follow the signs for Pioneer Square as you drive into Bicester and park in the multi-storey car park above the supermarket. Come down the travelators, exit Sainsbury's, turn right and follow the pedestrianised walkway to Crown Walk and turn right - and Coles will be right in front of you. You don't need to shop in Sainsbury's to get the free parking!
