About the Author: Dr. Sonal Trivedi is an Assistant Professor, VIT Business School, VIT Bhopal University, MadhyaPradesh, India. She has more than 12 years teaching experience. She has published 2 Books in National publication and 3 edited books Scopus Indexed. She has 7 patents granted. She has 20 Scopus Book chapters & 6 research papers in Scopus indexed journal. She has 22 research papers in UGC approved journals and 15 papers presented in International and National conferences. She has acted as conference chair in five international conferences. She is reviewer of 4 reputed journals. She has done her Ph.D. in Management (Finance) 'A study on risk management tools and techniques in life insurance industry in India' from University of Kota (Rajasthan) in 2017. She has also worked as Teaching Assistant in S.V. National Institute of Technology (NIT), Surat (Institute of National Importance under Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India). Her areas of interest are Blockchain, finance, Banking and insurance.Dr. Balamurugan Balusamy is currently working as an Associate Dean Student in Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR. Prior to this assignment he was Professor, School of Computing Sciences & Engineering and Director International Relations at Galgotias University, Greater Noida, India. His contributions focus on Engineering Education, Block chain and Data Sciences. His Academic degrees and twelve years of experience working as a faculty in a global University like VIT University, Vellore has made him more receptive and prominent in his domain. He does have 200 plus high impact factor papers in Springer, Elsevier and IEEE. He has done more than 80 Edited and authored books and collaborated with eminent professors across the world from top QS ranked university. Prof. Balamurugan Balusamy has served up to the position of Associate Professor in his stint of 12 years of experience with VIT University, Vellore. He has published 80+ books on various technologies and visited 15 plus countries for his technical course. He has several conferences in his resume and has published over 200 of quality journal, conference and book chapters combined. He serves in the advisory committee for several start-ups and forums and does consultancy work for industry on Industrial IOT. He has given over 195 talks in various events and symposiums.Dr. Liza Macasukit Gernal is a distinguished academic with over two decades of experience in the field, having contributed her expertise in various countries such as the Philippines, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Gernal holds a Ph.D. in Management from the prestigious University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, as well as a Doctor in Management from Liceo de Cagayan University in the Philippines. To further her academic journey, she is a candidate for her AQ Bridge to Business program at the University of Toledo in Ohio, USA.Dr. Gernal is renowned for her groundbreaking research, which delves into the profound impact of human activities on ecosystems.She has also served as a dedicated mentor and supervisor to MBA and DBA students from Universidad de Catholica in Spain, nurturing the next generation of business leaders. Dr. Gernal's diverse research interests encompass environmental sustainability, human resource management, educational sustainability, AI in business, and various other business and technology-related fields.Mahmoud Ahmad Al-Khasawneh holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Yarmouk University, Jordan, conferred in 2003. He obtained both his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Johor, Malaysia, in 2013 and 2018, respectively. Currently, he serves as a faculty memeber in the School of ComputingSkyline University College, Sharjah UAE. Dr. Al-Khasawneh's scholarly pursuits span a diverse array of fields within computer science. He has authored numerous papers in esteemed, peer-reviewed journals across leading publishers. UK Delivery

Orders for delivery in the UK are normally despatched by Royal Mail, using the RM 48 Tracked Service with most orders delivered to you within a few days of placing your order with us. For larger parcels, Courier and Signed For delivery services may be used. Signed Books are shipped in our specially made book mailing cartons, with the books themselves wrapped in paper to protect them. Sometimes we may ship your order in several parts, particularly if you have 'Pre-Order' titles in your order or titles which are held in stock with our publishing partners.

The Really Important Bit: Because we use tracked, courier and signed for delivery services, please use an address at which your parcel can be received during the normal working day, for example, you may want to have your order delivered to your work address if you're not at home during the day.

Another Really Important Bit: There are a number of Postcodes in the UK for which we will need to charge a shipping supplement, this will be calculated once we know the size and weight of the shipment. For these orders we will contact customers to agree a suitable and economic method of shipping. There may also be additional time required for delivery to some areas of the United Kingdom. Where possible, we will ship book orders (under 2kg) by Royal Mail to all UK postcodes. Large multiple book orders and books over 2kg are often shipped via APC Overnight or similar, regardless of Postcode.

Coming by Car

If you're coming to Coles by car, why not take advantage of the 2 hours free parking at Sainsbury's Pioneer Square - just follow the signs for Pioneer Square as you drive into Bicester and park in the multi-storey car park above the supermarket. Come down the travelators, exit Sainsbury's, turn right and follow the pedestrianised walkway to Crown Walk and turn right - and Coles will be right in front of you. You don't need to shop in Sainsbury's to get the free parking!
