About the Author: Mostafa Mahmoud Hegazy is an Associate Professor of Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Plants Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Faculty of Pharmacy, Sinai University, Arish, Egypt. Dr. Hegazy obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry of Medicinal Plants from Al-Azhar University (Cairo, 2015). He continued his post-doctoral research in collaboration with ranked universities such as the University of Mississippi (USA), Technische Universitaet Braunschweig (Germany), University of Granada (Spain), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (Malaysia) and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (China). From 2016, he was a Visiting Professor (part-time) at many universities, such as Egyptian Russian University, Port Said University and Al-Ahram Canadian University.Dr. Hegazy published 30 research papers and reviews in international peer-reviewed journals and 6 book chapters (Scopus h-index is 7 and 265 citations). Since 2015, Dr. Hegazy has been a reviewer for several highly cited international journals, such as Medicina, Molecules, Diagnostics, Journal of Clinical Medicine and Biology of MDPI as a Reviewer Board Member. He is currently serving as an Editorial Board Member and Associate Editor for the Journal of Umm Al-Qura University for Medical Science, Sinai International Scientific Journal (SISJ), Guest Editor for the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine (JEBIM) and Scientific Consultant for many Egyptian Pharmaceutical companies.He received several prizes at the Scientific Excellence Day organized by the Syndicate of the Egyptian Pharmacists (2011) and at the Scientific Excellence Day for Using Technology in Education organized by Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Plants Dept., Faculty of Pharmacy, Al-Azhar University (2016).Mohamed Fawzy Ramadan is a Professor of Food Chemistry and Biochemistry at the Department of Clinical Nutrition, Faculty of Applied Medical Science, Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.Prof. Ramadan obtained his Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat.) in Food Chemistry from the Berlin University of Technology (Germany, 2004). Prof. Ramadan continued his post-doctoral research at ranked universities such as the University of Helsinki (Finland), Max-Rubner Institute (Germany), Berlin University of Technology (Germany), and the University of Maryland (USA). In 2012, he was appointed as a Visiting Professor (100% teaching) in the School of Biomedicine, Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok, Russian Federation.Prof. Ramadan published more than 400 research papers and reviews in international peer-reviewed journals. He also edited and published several books and book chapters (Scopus h-index is 50 and more than 9000 citations). He was an invited speaker at several international conferences. Since 2003, Prof. Ramadan has been a reviewer and editor in several highly-cited international journals, such as the Journal of Medicinal Food, eFood, Journal of Umm Al-Qura University for Applied Sciences and Journal of Advanced Research. He is the editor-in-chief of Journal of Umm Al-Qura University for Medical Science.Prof. Ramadan received several prizes, including Abdul Hamid Shoman Prize for Arab Researcher in Agricultural Sciences (2006), the Egyptian State Prize for Encouragement in Agricultural Sciences (2009), European Young Lipid Scientist Award (2009), AU-TWAS Young Scientist National Awards (Egypt) in Basic Sciences, Technology and Innovation (2012), TWAS-ARO Young Arab Scientist (YAS) Prize in Scientific and Technological Achievement (2013), and Atta-ur-Rahman Prize in Chemistry (2014).

UK Delivery
Orders for delivery in the UK are normally despatched by Royal Mail, using the RM 48 Tracked Service with most orders delivered to you within a few days of placing your order with us. For larger parcels, Courier and Signed For delivery services may be used. Signed Books are shipped in our specially made book mailing cartons, with the books themselves wrapped in paper to protect them. Sometimes we may ship your order in several parts, particularly if you have 'Pre-Order' titles in your order or titles which are held in stock with our publishing partners.
The Really Important Bit: Because we use tracked, courier and signed for delivery services, please use an address at which your parcel can be received during the normal working day, for example, you may want to have your order delivered to your work address if you're not at home during the day.

Another Really Important Bit: There are a number of Postcodes in the UK for which we will need to charge a shipping supplement, this will be calculated once we know the size and weight of the shipment. Where possible, we will ship book orders (under 2kg) by Royal Mail to all UK postcodes. Large multiple book orders and books over 2kg are often shipped via APC Overnight or similar, regardless of Postcode.

All overseas orders are shipped using a 'signed for' courier service - please provide an address at which your parcel can be signed for on receipt. In some cases, particularly large and heavy books, or books being shipped to remote areas, may incur an additional shipping charge - if this is the case with your order, we'll notify you as quickly as possible of these charges and to arrange the additional payment. You can of course cancel your order with an immediate refund should you not wish to accept these additional costs. Shipments to overseas territories may incur additional Duty & Tax costs which could be requested by Fed Ex at the time of delivery. Coming by Car
If you're coming to Coles by car, why not take advantage of the 2 hours free parking at Sainsbury's Pioneer Square - just follow the signs for Pioneer Square as you drive into Bicester and park in the multi-storey car park above the supermarket. Come down the travelators, exit Sainsbury's, turn right and follow the pedestrianised walkway to Crown Walk and turn right - and Coles will be right in front of you. You don't need to shop in Sainsbury's to get the free parking!
