About the Author: Petroc Trelawny is one of the best-known voices on BBC Radio Three - where after fourteen years presenting the daily Breakfast programme, he now hosts In Tune. He was part of the commentary team for BBC Television's coverage of the Coronation of King Charles III and the funeral of Her Majesty The Queen. He has presented BBC Proms on radio and television for twenty-five years and introduces the annual live BBC broadcast of the Vienna Philharmonic New Year's Day Concert. In 2023 he hosted BBC Television's 'Cardiff Singer of the World' for the thirteenth time.  He has presented the international telecast of Eurovision Young Musician to more than two dozen countries from Edinburgh and hosted Eurovision Choir live from Gothenburg. He presents performances by the Royal Ballet shown in cinemas around the world, and anchors note-by-note coverage of the Leeds Piano Competition for Medici.tv.  In 2015 he hosted the first ever BBC Proms Australia, a week of concerts and recitals in Melbourne broadcast live on ABC Radio; he has also twice hosted BBC Proms Dubai at the new Dubai Opera House. Petroc is also a frequent contributor 'From Our Own Correspondent' (BBC Radio 4), he has written on travel, music and the arts for publications including The Observer, The Sunday Telegraph, The Spectator and Radio Times.  Raised in west Cornwall, his early career includes broadcasting in Hong Kong for the British Forces Broadcasting Service, being part of the launch team for Classic FM and London News Radio, presenting breakfast on BBC Radio Manchester, and working as a presenter for RTE in Ireland.  He is President of the Lennox Berkeley Society, Luton Music and the Three Spires Singers. As well as classical music he loves books, travel, food and wine, cinema and theatre. He is a Trustee of the Hall for Cornwall, Truro and a member of English Heritage's Blue Plaque panel. Dr Gareth Moore is the author of over 200 puzzle and brain-training titles for both children and adults, including The Ordnance Survey Puzzle Book (Trapeze), Enigma: Crack the Code (Michael O'Mara) and The Penguin Book of Puzzles (Michael Joseph). His books have sold in excess of 5 million copies in the UK alone, and have been published in over 35 different languages. UK Delivery

Orders for delivery in the UK are normally despatched by Royal Mail, using the RM 48 Tracked Service with most orders delivered to you within a few days of placing your order with us. For larger parcels, Courier and Signed For delivery services may be used. Signed Books are shipped in our specially made book mailing cartons, with the books themselves wrapped in paper to protect them. Sometimes we may ship your order in several parts, particularly if you have 'Pre-Order' titles in your order or titles which are held in stock with our publishing partners.

The Really Important Bit: Because we use tracked, courier and signed for delivery services, please use an address at which your parcel can be received during the normal working day, for example, you may want to have your order delivered to your work address if you're not at home during the day.

Another Really Important Bit: There are a number of Postcodes in the UK for which we will need to charge a shipping supplement, this will be calculated once we know the size and weight of the shipment. Where possible, we will ship book orders (under 2kg) by Royal Mail to all UK postcodes. Large multiple book orders and books over 2kg are often shipped via APC Overnight or similar, regardless of Postcode.

All overseas orders are shipped using a 'signed for' courier service - please provide an address at which your parcel can be signed for on receipt. In some cases, particularly large and heavy books, or books being shipped to remote areas, may incur an additional shipping charge - if this is the case with your order, we'll notify you as quickly as possible of these charges and to arrange the additional payment. You can of course cancel your order with an immediate refund should you not wish to accept these additional costs. Shipments to overseas territories may incur additional Duty & Tax costs which could be requested by Fed Ex at the time of delivery. Coming by Car

If you're coming to Coles by car, why not take advantage of the 2 hours free parking at Sainsbury's Pioneer Square - just follow the signs for Pioneer Square as you drive into Bicester and park in the multi-storey car park above the supermarket. Come down the travelators, exit Sainsbury's, turn right and follow the pedestrianised walkway to Crown Walk and turn right - and Coles will be right in front of you. You don't need to shop in Sainsbury's to get the free parking!
