The Connection Value by Justin Cole (Hardback)
About the Author: Justin John Cole is a dedicated and selfless provider of support for those struggling to overcome various forms of psychological dependency. He also counsels those suffering from various manifestations of psychological disruption, including trauma, abuse, neglect, depression, and anxiety, which are the principal conditions of our mental health. The boundaries of his intentions for helping others are limitless. His purpose here is to help others connect with a higher sense of value in themselves. He certainly values curiously seeking knowledge but believes that the heart and intuition-the felt experience-and how the heart expresses itself through the mind are what allow an individual to treat themselves and others with love, holding the greatest value-the connection value, ultimately leading to their highest self-unlimited intelligence and divine potential. Justin has a gift for encouraging and empowering others to discover and attain their truest purpose. He also retains extensive knowledge of various treatment modalities, from somatic techniques to spiritual and metaphysical understanding, including traditional 12-Step recovery. Additionally, he utilizes various questions related to early childhood experiences and the shadow work of processing psychological fear, challenging the psychological self to release its self-value back to the individual. Of particular use are trauma techniques such as polyvagal methods and energetic attunement techniques designed to calm the mind and bring a balanced relationship between mind and body sensations. But his greatest ally is building trusting connections with others in each present moment circumstance. Justin also possesses knowledge of navigating the systems needed for an individual to find the most appropriate level of care based on their immediate needs. It can be extremely difficult and frustrating to acquire the network resources available to make a beginning at seeking change. There are also many fearful thoughts and uncomfortable sensations that arise when an individual begins to contemplate a decision to alter their current destructive course. He is all too familiar and empathetic towards these profound barriers. These surmountable obstacles do not need to inhibit someone from potentially pursuing meaningful and difficult change. Unfortunately, dependence in many forms still carries tremendous misunderstanding and stigma, yet he continues to navigate ways of superseding these unnecessary and avoidable system limitations. We must never lose faith! Getting a person the help they desire is always of greatest importance. It can be difficult to understand the disruptive reasons our loved ones appear to be deciding to slowly kill themselves, which makes it challenging for close family members to be of much use. In addition, the person with the dependency will likely not listen to close family, regardless of the amount of love intended. It is psychological hell for everyone involved, and our intention with each interaction must be to help provide relief and insight into these disruptions. When the chaos is swirling around the energy of a person who is hurting, their proximity somehow becomes infectious to those around them, especially those who care deeply. Justin has an abundance of experience diving into chaos and helping individuals find pathways out of this deadly vortex. Finding connections with a valuable network of supportive people is absolutely necessary during the initial period of recovery or awakening if you prefer, altering the conversion of energy within their being to balance energy within and elicit activation of connection. Oftentimes, a period of detachment from existing relationships is necessary, even if family has the best of intentions, allowing the person suffering to be given space and granting merciful time to discover their own light hiding within their darkness. Psychological fear is always our greatest foe-the fear of what life will result in, the unknown, the uncomfortable, the disconnected. Those lost in devaluation of themselves, without hope of a brighter and more welcoming journey into the unknown future of their existence. This is where a conductor, a master of disruption, thrives-helping individuals design, construct, and create a beautiful picture of their future life. Undivided - Incorruptible - Balanced.
