She stole my name. Now she's dead. Am I next? The invitation is anonymous. It doesn't say whose funeral I must attend, only that I can't miss it. I'm sure it's a mistake, but when I arrive, I know immediately, it isn't. The name on the gravestone stops me in my tracks: Alice Anderson. That's my name. Or at least it was. I want to run. But I can't show my fear. I have no choice other than to stay and find out who sent the invitation. Someone here knows the secret I'd kill to keep. Whoever invited me thinks they can make me pay for my past. But little do they know, I have planned for this very moment, and I know exactly what's going to happen next.

About the Author: Helen is married with two daughters, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. She lives in the North West of England amid the beautiful, rugged scenery of the Pennine foothills. When Helen was close to retirement, she made the decision to give writing a go. At first, she tried romance but couldn't get off the starting block, so crime it was. For her first novel, she spent weeks deciding on the main character's name and once she had it, she was off and running, writing the first novel, then a sequel then a third in quick succession. From the off Helen loved writing, making up stories and getting to know the characters who spring from her imagination. She feels like she actually knows these people, what makes then tick and what drives them. Helen is many years retired and although her family tell her to put her feet up, she can't give up writing. Ever since that first book it's become an obsession.

Additional Delivery Information (and some really important bits):

UK Delivery

Orders for delivery in the UK are normally despatched by Royal Mail, using the RM 48 Tracked Service with most orders delivered to you within a few days of placing your order with us. For larger parcels, Courier and Signed For delivery services may be used. Signed Books are shipped in our specially made book mailing cartons, with the books themselves wrapped in paper to protect them. Sometimes we may ship your order in several parts, particularly if you have 'Pre-Order' titles in your order or titles which are held in stock with our publishing partners.

The Really Important Bit: Because we use tracked, courier and signed for delivery services, please use an address at which your parcel can be received during the normal working day, for example, you may want to have your order delivered to your work address if you're not at home during the day.

First Item @ £3.75 (sometimes a shipping supplement may be added for particularly heavy books or specific postcodes*)
2 Items & over @ £5.00 in total

Another Really Important Bit: There are a number of Postcodes in the UK for which we will need to charge a shipping supplement, this will be calculated once we know the size and weight of the shipment. For these orders we will contact customers to agree a suitable and economic method of shipping. There may also be additional time required for delivery to some areas of the United Kingdom. Where possible, we will ship book orders (under 2kg) by Royal Mail to all UK postcodes. Large multiple book orders and books over 2kg are often shipped via APC Overnight or similar, regardless of Postcode.
